— Wrist watch, alarms and cellular phones must be turned off (not simply set to "vibrate" or "silent") cellular phones can interfere with our wireless equipment
Refunds: ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE
Accessibility: If you need special seating or help, please notify the box office management.
Private Rentals: The theatre is available to host private rentals. Contact the Theatre Manager.
Missed Performances: Sorry, we cannot exchange or refund tickets for any missed performance.
Lost Tickets: If we can verify the ticket purchase, we will be happy to re-print your tickets.
Ticket Donations: If you are unable to attend a production, make a tax-deductible gift of your tickets so that we may re-sell them helping yourself and Egyptian Theater Company. Call the Box Office prior to the performance
Single ticket policy: Exchanges only available 1 week prior to original performance date and subject to a $5.00 per ticket exchange fee. Tickets may only be exchanged for a different performance of the same show. Additional ticket fees may be applicable (i.e. exchanging from a Wed/Thur/Mat. to Fri/Sat/Eve etc.)
Performance Cancellations: All dates and subject to change. If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be exchanged or refunded.
